Then you can go, without an appointment, to the Digital Government Information Point and Digi-Taalhuis drop-in at Huis van de Westrand in Roosendaal.
This is free and without an appointment, even if you are not a library member.

Digi-Taalhuis
Information about practising reading, writing, maths and using a computer.
Welfare organisations and partners can also contact the Digi-Taalhuis if they have questions about suitable options for their clients.
