Would you like to live more healthily, but don't really know where to start?
The lifestyle broker thinks along with you for free. Together you discuss what you find important, what you are struggling with and which step suits you. If you like, the lifestyle broker can help you get in touch with suitable activities or support in the neighbourhood.
This service is free and is offered to you by the municipality.
The lifestyle conversation is for residents of Westrand, Kalsdonk, Oud-Centrum and Kroeven.

Are you feeling good, or could it be better? The lifestyle broker in your neighbourhood is there especially for you to talk about your health, your daily life and what you find important.
This is what you can expect:
You decide what we talk about. We don't just look at illness, but above all at what makes you happy and healthy. We call this Positive Health.
You are in good hands. The lifestyle broker is a qualified social worker and an officially registered nurse.
Safe and reliable. Everything we discuss is strictly confidential (professional secrecy). Your name is not simply written down anywhere and we comply with privacy law. So what you tell us really stays between us.
How does it work?
Send a short email saying you would like to talk.
You will receive an invitation from us.
We meet during the drop-in consultation, simply in your neighbourhood at the community centre!
